Controlling your weight is such a problem for so many of us these days. Many folks find a way to blame it on everyone and everything…..but themselves. McDonalds & Burger King can’t make me fat if I don’t go there to eat, right?
Weight control and weight loss has to start with each of us. I know full well that I could stand to lose 15 or 20 pounds. While I think it gets a little more difficult to lose that weight as we get older, I think that we have to try a little harder and be more persistent in achieving those goals.

It’s really not “that” difficult to do those things, but we tend to make it seem next to impossible. It’s so easy to get caught up in the day to day happenings in life, that we overlook the fact that we have to take care of the engine that allows us to function…our mind and body.
