There has always been a part of me “drawn” to the “mind / body” connection. This subject has been very fascinating to me. You have one side or group of people that believe that you can use your mind to heal yourself & others, attract abundance & a whole host of other amazing things. Then you have another group that believes those people are quacks!
I have to admit that some of the claims I see floating around the internet, seem pretty far-fetched. But isn’t it fascinating to think that you “could” use your mind to do all that really cool stuff? How great would that be?!?!
I think there are a lot of people out to make a buck by selling the proverbial “snake oil”, but I know there are people who have done and continue to do some amazing things just by being positive and “believing” in themselves and their natural abilities. Whether you notice it or not, these people are around you every day.
I don’t claim to have done anything “super-human” with my mind, but I did quit a 10 year smoking habit by being hypnotized to quit smoking. Now that may not be amazing to you, but it might very well have saved my life. I KNOW that I’m healthier because I quit smoking…there is not doubt about that. So I wondered…could I help others quit smoking? Can I help others lose weight, be less shy, lose that fear of flying, be more confident in public, etc.? What if I could help people make those changes in their life? Wouldn’t that be a great way to make a difference in the world?
So I studied hypnosis, (had been reading about it for years), but finally received formal training in the field. After which I opened an office in the town where I lived and proceeded to try and “make a go” of it. Lets face it…hypnosis is not a “mainstream” treatment avenue in America, and I didn’t have people lining up at the door for me to help them quit smoking or lose weight. Unfortunately the income didn’t match up to the expenses of running an office and business, so I was forced to abandon this method of trying to help people. I have to say though, there are several people out there who really appreciate the work I did with them, and thats
A year or two later, I was learning more and more about the internet and decided I’d take my passion online. Why not? I can reach the whole world and the expense of running an office/business is minimal. Of course you lose that “personal touch” but the ability to help a lot of people is there just the same.
So…thats kinda where I’m at now. It’s my desire to share my knowledge, provide you with a taste of hypnosis for free so that you get a feeling for what it’s all about & give you access to some of the best hypnosis and hypnotists in the world…all through this website!
