Welcome to Self Hypnosis Program! My intention is to provide beneficial information about hypnosis and self hypnosis as well as reviews of different products.

Well my first hypnosis audio program give-away has now ended and we do have a winner!  I’ll be contacting the winner (Nikki), shortly via email.

The reason Nikki won, was because they were the only person to enter!  Just think…all those other people that dropped by would have had a great chance of winning if they had only signed up!   Oh well….lucky for Nikki!

I had initially planned to run the contest each month, but I think I’m going to wait another month or two before trying again.

Thanks to those that have dropped by and continue to visit in search of self hypnosis information!  I appreciate each and every one of you!

      This sounds kind of exciting, but at the same time I am probably too scared to do this. It reminds me of that movie with Kevin Bacon where they do the hypnosis and he says the girl get killed. I am sure that this is nothing like it, but it gives me the heebee-jeebees.

        Hi Cade,
        Unfortunately, your concern is shared by others but I can assure you that hypnosis and self hypnosis is very beneficial. Those movies wouldn’t be very exciting if they didn’t make hypnosis out to be some kind of weird, scary form of mind control…(which it definitely isn’t).

          I guess I found your site couple of days too late! I would have loved to win the audio program to find out more about hypnosis. Maybe next time. :)

            Sorry about that Andy! Yes…I’ll be running another contest in the future. You can always check out the free downloads on the right side of the page. They’re not a comprehensive program, but they will at least give you an idea of what hypnosis is like. Let me know if I can help.
