In your practice, you use hypnosis as one tool to help people quit smoking. Is this effective? If so, why would something like hypnosis work for something like this?
Dr. Randy Gilchrist:
I have found hypnosis to be highly effective in helping my clients stop smoking. In fact, traditionally, clinical hypnosis has shown to be the most popular and helpful with two main issues: smoking cessation and weight loss. Because many smokers fear that they will gain weight if they quit, a good hypnosis program for smoking cessation should include a component on weight loss as well. Welcome to Self Hypnosis Program! My intention is to provide beneficial information about hypnosis and self hypnosis as well as reviews of different products.
Well my first hypnosis audio program give-away has now ended and we do have a winner! I’ll be contacting the winner (Nikki), shortly via email.
The reason Nikki won, was because they were the only person to enter! Just think…all those other people that dropped by would have had a great chance of winning if they had only signed up!  Oh well….lucky for Nikki!
I had initially planned to run the contest each month, but I think I’m going to wait another month or two before trying again.
