I don’t really buy it these self-hypnosis thingy. I’ve tried but it’s hard. But do i have a choice ? you just got to keep trying. Thanks for sharing this cause i’ve worked out too but failed ! lol

I think that hypnosis works tremendously. It is similar to the placebo affect in a way because when you believe it happens. I do think it gets deep into your subconscious and makes a difference you just have to understand how it works.
We are hypnotized every single day by commercials and advertisements. They get into our deep mind by using strategic communications that get deep into our psyche. They play psychological mind tricks on us and get us to buy. Once people learn what hypnosis really is and understand how their mind works it makes it easier to overcome.
It really makes it easy to defeat the psychological mind tricks the advertisers play on us and start losing weight almost immediately. As you become aware of your surrounding you start to understand how to stop eating as much, exercise more, and begin losing weight right away.
